✅ 1. Eligibility for Return

  • Products can be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • Return requests made after 3 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.


✅ 2. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be in unused and original condition

  • Have no signs of damage, wear, or scratches

  • Be returned in its original packaging, along with all tags, manuals, and accessories (if any)

  • Include a valid proof of purchase or invoice


✅ 3. Return Charges & Deductions

  • A 20% restocking/processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Return shipping charges (if applicable) must be borne by the customer unless the item was damaged or defective on arrival.


✅ 4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition

  • Items returned after the 3-day return window

  • Lenses, contact lenses, or other hygiene-sensitive items (once opened or used)

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment, after applying applicable deductions.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.


✅ 6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
We will offer a replacement or full refund (no deduction) after verification.
